​Flow State Yoga & Therapies was founded in 2025 with a clear mission: to provide a safe, inclusive space where all bodies have access to yoga and massage therapy services that meet them where they are. Your comfort is our number one priority. Our practitioners center practices of consent and encourage self-advocacy in our clients. ​​
Amanda Donnelly (she/her)
Owner, Registered Massage Therapist,
CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer
​​Amanda graduated from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba (now called Evolve) and has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2015. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Winnipeg, where her education focused mainly on the assessment and treatment of sports injuries. As a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer, she prescribes to the philosophy that exercise is medicine.​ She believes it is important that client and therapist work together to come up with a treatment plan that both are happy with.
She likes coffee and plants, and spends her free time playing with her kids and geeking out over video games.
Dan Audette (he/him)
Registered Massage Therapist
Dan graduated from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba in 2012. He was born and raised in Winnipeg and has been in the health and healing professions for more than 15 years. He began his career in healthcare as a support worker with the St. Amant Centre Foundation. His interest and focus to the rehabilitation and treatment aspects of massage therapy later led him to become both a mentor and course instructor for students coming into the profession.

Jules Clarke (she/her)
Registered Massage Therapist
Jules is a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for understanding the body and its many moving parts. She graduated from Robertson College in 2018 and has been dedicated to helping others reconnect with their bodies through therapeutic massage ever since.
With a strong foundation in anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, Jules takes a thorough, personalized approach, beginning each session with a detailed pre-treatment assessment to better understand your unique needs and goals.
Her treatments are rooted in therapeutic massage through connection, blending clinical knowledge with intuitive care to help you feel your best inside and out.

Michelle McCorrister (she/her)
Registered Massage Therapist
Michelle graduated from Wellington College of Massage in 2014. She has taken many continuing education courses throughout her career that have added to her skills as a therapist and looks forward to always learning more. Michelle believes communication and consent create a positive therapist/client relationship.
She enjoys practicing yoga, kayaking and poetry.

Alaina Gislason (she/her)
Yoga Instructor
Alaina is an RYT 500 yoga teacher who blends gentle movement, breath and stillness to help her students release stress, build confidence, and reconnect with themselves. She creates a welcoming space where comfort and autonomy come first.

Vivian Yeung (she/her)
Yoga Instructor
Vivian is an RYT 200 instructor familiar with Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Chakra Healing forms of yoga. She aims to inspire students to connect with their own personal wisdom, and sometimes incorporates her singing bowl into classes.
